    About cancellation and that fee

    In the case of cancel by weather or ocean conditions

    • There will be NO cancellation fee if the cancellation is due to a bad ocean conditions.
    • There will be NO cancellation fee if the cancellation is due to a typhoon or a strong wind, and your flight cancelled.

    In the case of cancel by your personal circumstances

    • The 3 days or 2days before reservation : The cancellation fee will be 50%.
    • The one day before reservation or on the day : The cancellation fee will be 100%.
